Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The suite I stayed in was spacious, with a separate lounge area, but unfortunately, it overlooked the less attractive side of town instead of a nice view. The hotel felt more like a 3-star property than a higher tier, but it was decent for the price paid.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms facing the football stadium were very nice and not at all dated, the location was convenient for exploring the historic center and the nearby botanic gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Service was cordial and helpful, although a bit loud at times. The location was pretty good, with a 20-minute walk to the old town and main square. The dining experience was a dream with plenty of space and an excellent food selection. The facilities met my expectations.
The hotel's rooms were relatively clean and extremely comfortable, with a decent-sized bathroom. However, there was a lingering smell of cigarettes that was not addressed when requested. The service was very kind and helpful, especially Teo in the restaurant. The location worked well for us although it was blocked at times and took about 20 minutes to walk to the old town. The dining experience was amazing with a wide variety of choices. The facilities were well-maintained.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was much better than I expected and met all my requirements. Being on the elevated 11th floor provided the best view of Zagreb city center. The staff were fabulous, always happy to assist guests with a smile. The location was strategic, right at the edge of where everything in town becomes interesting. However, the dining experience was somewhat disappointing, and the hotel's claim of being a 5-star was not fully reflected.
When I arrived at the hotel, the room was boiling hot, which was unexpected coming from very cold weather outside, but thankfully it was big and comfortable with a large bed and plenty of pillows. The service I received was professional and kind, typical of a 5-star hotel, although there was an issue with room allocation despite them being aware of it. The location was good, offering great views from the 11th floor and just a nice distance to the old town and main square, perfect for a morning jog. The dining experience was great with a wide variety of food, although it was a bit expensive for what was offered. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, but some areas were quite busy due to the high number of tourists.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff, though some room features needed updates. The location is great for exploring the city, and the dining experience is enjoyable with a variety of options. The facilities are well-kept, providing a pleasant stay overall.
My stay was a mix of highs and lows. The room, while not as expected, was still top quality with an excellent view from the 11th floor. The service was somewhat lacking in warmth and attentiveness. The location was convenient, close to the city center. The dining had its moments but was not consistent. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were comfy and clean, but unfortunately, there was a lingering smell of cigarettes. The service was top-notch with very polite and helpful staff. The location was strategic for exploring the city, but a bit away from the touristic part. The dining experience had great variety, but the breakfast room had an odd smell. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel's location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the city center and near major cultural attractions. The rooms, although spacious, were not ready until 4 pm and there was an issue with the door battery. The staff's service was mixed, with some being extremely unfriendly while others were very helpful and friendly. The dining experience offered a varied selection of tasty food but at an additional cost on top of the room rate. Overall, a convenient location with some service issues.
The hotel rooms were unfortunately infested with bugs, but the staff promptly attended to the issue when I raised it. The noise from the neighboring room was quite annoying, even during phone conversations. On the positive side, the refurbished rooms were free of this bug problem and seemed more soundproof.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but not exactly what I expected as I booked a suite. The service was exceptional, especially during busy times, with staff going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was ideal for exploring the city, although the exterior of the building was not very appealing. The dining options were limited due to safety measures in place, but the overall facilities were satisfactory.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a fantastic view, but unfortunately, the sound from the top bar was quite bothersome. The service was outstanding, with friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and a lovely neighborhood in Zagreb. The dining experience was delightful, especially the fresh fruits at breakfast. However, the morning staff member's reluctance to prepare scrambled eggs a bit before closing time was a small hiccup. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms were comfortable but had a cigarette smell issue and a door battery problem. However, the service was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient with a need for maintenance. The dining experience was delightful featuring local specialties, but some facilities required attention.
The hotel didn't have the best view from my room, but it was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for a business trip. The temperature was a bit warm but manageable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even accommodating a late check-out for us. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a manageable walk to the old town. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement in the breakfast options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel qualifies for five stars despite having a permeating smoker's smell in our room, with some concerns about accessibility for disabled guests. The location is excellent for walking and easy tram access, but some urgent maintenance is needed. Dining is amazing with a great variety of choices, although slightly overpriced. Service can be impolite at times, especially towards the end of shifts.
